How many people does the venue hold?

Fred’s indoor facility can host up to 50 people. If you need more space, our combined indoor/outdoor area can host up to 150 total with a special permit through the City of Monrovia acquired by the renter no later than three weeks prior to the event.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes! Please make sure to use a caterer off our vendor list or a caterer of your choice. Whomever you choose, it is the renter’s responsibility making sure they are ABC licensed to serve alcohol.

Are we able to have a DJ or Band play at Fred’s?

Absolutely! To keep peace with the neighbors, we ask that all bands and DJ’s be set up inside the venue for your enjoyment.

What are the hours of operation at Fred’s?

Indoor only

  • Sunday-Thursday 9AM – 10PM
  • Friday & Saturday 9AM – 11PM

Outdoor space

  • Sunday through Saturday (seven days a week) 9AM – 9PM

Do you have a Kitchen facility?

Fred’s “Fuel Station” kitchenette provides a refrigerator, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and coffee maker for your convenience. We do not have a stove or grill for cooking on the premises.

Do you have a vendor list and is it required to use it for rental?

We provide a suggested vendor list but always welcome new vendors to host at Fred’s. Please see the vendor list.
