The following rates are for the Event Space only
Weekday Rates
- Monday – Thursday (3 hour minimum) @$400/hour
Weekend Rates
- Friday- Sunday (3 hour minimum) @$550/hour
Holiday Rates
- Rates include the entire holiday weekend in conjunction to the actual date
- 3 hour minimum @$650/hour
- Holiday rates include – Super Bowl Sunday, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween
$1000 Deposit required to secure your date. Deposits will be refunded 7 days after your event pending a clear inspection of the venue space.
Please contact us for additional information and requirements regarding parties larger than 50 people

- Sunday-Thursday 9AM – 10PM
- Friday & Saturday 9AM – 11PM
Outdoor space
- Sunday through Saturday (seven days a week) 9AM – 9PM
