The following rates are for the Event Space only
Weekday Rates
- Monday – Thursday (3 hour minimum) @$400/hour
Weekend Rates
- Friday – Sunday (3 hour minimum) @$550/hour
Holiday Rates
- *Holiday Rates for Christmas start December 1st through January 2nd.
- Other holiday rates include the entire holiday weekend in conjunction to the
actual date - 3 hour minimum @$650/hour
All major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas in addition to Super Bowl
Sunday, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween
*$1000 Deposit required to secure your date. Deposits will be refunded 7 days after your event pending a clear inspection of the venue space.
*Please contact us for additional information and requirements regarding parties larger than 50 people

Outdoor space
- Sunday through Saturday (seven days a week) 9AM – 9PM
